Below are the changes we have made to our website to date, we hope you find these additions useful.
Live Chat is our web support service which allows instant messaging in real time to our Customer Services Team.
Our website provides access to BrowseAloud which is free to all our website visitors and allows you to listen to our website or download documentation into an MP3 format to be listened to at a later date or saved for reference.

In addition to the above, the following services are also available via other providers.

Octagon customers may use NGT Relay, a service provided by the charity “Action on Hearing Loss” (Royal Institute for the Deaf (RNID)) and funded by BT using textphones and Action on Hearing Loss
Assistants offering a service for the hard of hearing and the speech-impaired.
Customers using textphones should dial “18001” before the full national phone number, (please see “Contact Us” for the details of contact numbers) and Text Relay Direct will connect to a Text Relay Assistant into the call if needed.
Customers using a standard phone wanting to talk to a textphone user should dial “18002” before the full national phone number.
Relay Assist provides the same facilities as the standard “18001” access to Text Relay Direct but with a Text Relay Assistant setting up the call and assisting with the conversation. There is an additional charge for this service and calls are not eligible for the Text Rebate.

Customers can replace their textphone with the free NGT Lite app which is available for computers, smartphones and tablets
